YCA on Tour is an extraordinary and unique chamber music touring ensemble that is made up of the incredible talent of both current YCA artists and esteemed alumni from the YCA family. This unique initiative brings together the brightest emerging musicians and the seasoned veterans who have already made a significant impact in the classical music world. In this season iteration of YCA on Tour experience a bold reimagining of chamber music with this electrifying ensemble of accordion and strings, featuring internationally acclaimed accordionist Radu Ratoi alongside violinists Lun Li and Risa Hokamura, and cellist Benett Tsai. Together, they bring virtuosic artistry and inventive flair to a dynamic program. Whether it’s the jazz-infused rhythms of Paul Schoenfield’s Café Music, the lush drama of Mendelssohn’s beloved Piano Trio No. I, or the kaleidoscopic energy of Ravel’s La valse and Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne, this program pushes the boundaries of classical tradition while delivering an unforgettable live performance experience.
