Classical music's stars were all in Cannes at the gala concert where  clarinetist JOSÉ FRANCH-BALLESTER received the 2010 MIDEM Classique Outstanding Young Artist Award.  His luminous performance of Debussy's Rhapsody was broadcast live on France Musique.  Next up, is the BBC Concert Orchestra with conductor Keith Lockhart, in a live radio broadcast on BBC 3 of the Copland Concerto.
